Delete your data from the mobile app

How to delete your data from our application.

The following are steps you can take to delete your user data for our iPhone app:

Log into your account on the app.

• Go to Settings
• Select Account
• Select Delete my account
• Confirm that you want to delete your account on the pop-up window.

Deleting your account is irreversible.

Instead of deleting your account you do have two other options:

• Deactivate your account
• Hide your profile temporarily

If you are a website user, you can request to have your user data be deleted by emailing support with your request to have your "Personal Identifiable Information" to be deleted.
